Tony Ma is enthusiastic about selling residential real estate. Tony is well regarded by his previous clients and has received five-star ratings on Google for his performance. He has sold a large number of real estate assets - including full-site sections, cross-leased sections, leasehold land, apartments, off the plan residential units, and commercial property.
Tony lives with his wife and children in the Auckland suburb of One Tree Hill. Tony has lived in the area for more than 25 years. His parents have been property investors in New Zealand since the 1980s. From attending open homes to gauge what the market is doing, through to hosting open homes for vendors with his sales team colleagues, Tony has sold properties in the Bay of Islands, Hamilton, and the across Greater Auckland.
Tony sold a one-bedroom flat in the North Shore suburb of Hauraki Corner for - what was for the locale at the time - a record breaking $999,000 in 2016.
Tony delivered 100 percent auction success rates on the portfolio of residential properties he sold in the 2017 and 2018 calendar years.
With an Auckland University Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in commercial law and economics, he has experience doing international business and has a large buyer database of both local and international buyers. He has even sold multiple properties ‘sight unseen’ to foreign buyers.
Tony enjoys meeting new people, and has attended community and school events, sporting events, and networking functions. Tony is a supporter of multiple charities including child welfare body Plunket, and the Child Cancer Foundation, and the Auckland branch of the Cancer Society. He speaks both English and Mandarin fluently.
Utilising multiple social media channels, in addition to the standard digital platforms of emails and texts, Tony communicates on a daily basis with those on his broad contact network and database.
Tony has openly shared his property expertise and advice with those both looking to buy and looking to sell real estate – such as assisting purchasers through the auction process. He also manages a large portfolio of real estate within New Zealand and real estate overseas.
Members of Tony’s family have appeared on marketing collateral developed and executed by Air New Zealand and Tourism New Zealand. Tony has also worked with central city residential property managers in Auckland to secure accommodation for America’s Cup personnel coming to the city to compete for the ‘Auld Mug’.
Tony expresses his loves of food through the on-line blogging site Zomato, where he has clocked up large numbers of followers. He is known by numerous restauranteurs across Auckland, and diligently writes reviews of eateries he visits while travelling around the country.
