About Carl Russell
With a strong and proven background in sales, Carl forms part of a highly successful and experienced team working in a sales partnership with long time apartment salesperson, and winner of multiple awards, Hamish Duke. After having worked successfully together since 2015, they have made a name for themselves as being experts in the Viaduct and inner-city market, selling more viaduct apartments than any other apartment salespeople in Auckland City. His passion for sales, and enjoyment of people in general, are a perfect fit to the real estate industry, and you'll find him most weekends around the Viaduct meeting buyers and showing the apartments that are currently on offer. Carl brings enthusiasm, dedication and is proactive in working with buyers to match them to their ideal apartment.
Carl honed his persuasive negotiating skills and exceptional levels of customer service while working in the marine industry as a luxury yacht / launch broker, otherwise known as the ‘real estate of the water’. After purchasing his first property, and realising a new found passion for property, it was only natural that Carl made his next move into real estate sales and he hasn’t looked back. Outside of real estate, Carl has a passion for the outdoors, be it taking his two young sons on adventures, watching them learn and explore the world together, getting out on the harbour for a spot of fishing, or playing soccer.
