Originally from Cape Town - South Africa, Theresa and her family moved to NZ in 2008.
With a 26 year background in the medical laboratory science and patient industry, which she enjoyed immensely, Theresa decided to build on the common thread which is an ability to build trust and to listen and understand people’s needs and concerns with an empathetic and caring attitude and carry that skill into a new career in Real Estate.
Theresa knows real estate allows her the opportunity to combine her love for people and the strong desire to achieve results both personally and for her clients. The ability to add something to each transaction which cannot be bought or measured with money is a key strength Theresa focuses on. Together with a passion for home design and styling Theresa prides herself in ensuring that each client will benefit from these traits and their homes will be presented in a way that both maximum market exposure is achieved and that illusive premium price can be attained.
Theresa feels blessed to live in Pyes Pa with her husband and 2 teenage sons. Owning a property here is one of the great privileges of life.
